Total body fitness with kettlebells…

Looking for an exercise that you can do indoor at your house or gym. This will help target your whole body just using kettlebells! Kettlebells have made the top list since 2015 and they are not letting up anytime soon. They allow for such a great workout with minimal lifting. Kettlebells allow for different exercises just by moving your arms at a different angle. The kettlebell becomes off centered which makes your muscles work in a different way.

Why kettlebells…

Since it allows for different muscles to work you are putting them to the test. Not only your core will be engaged but you stability will be put to the test. Using kettlebells causes your body to be challenged by what would normally be easy from regular weights.

Let’s talk about a few exercises you can do with kettlebells.

First move is squats with raises…

Second move is back lunges with kettlebells straight to the side…

Third move is side lunges with kettlebell lift…

Forth move is one leg lift with tricep pull…

Fifth move is push-up stance with a curl if that is too hard do push-up stance with tricep pull..

Summary of kettlebells…

Overall you will have a really great workout with these. Kettlebells are equipment that is normally bought and set aside. Most people don’t know the type of exercise they can get just from these door stoppers! When you start your plan just start out light learn the correct form. If you try to push through too many reps/sets and you don’t have the correct form you are only hurting yourself. Remember form is key with any workout.

Remember to have fun with any workout. Kettlebells are the best in my opinion because you can create just about any workout with these. They make your workouts more challenging. if you feel any type of pain while working out take a break, check your form and make sure you didn’t injure yourself.
